HYBRID / POLICIES / 07 OCT 2026

The terms of participation.

These terms describe how Hybrid's software and public records may be used. Read them together with the risk disclosure and privacy notice.

1. Scope

Hybrid provides software for agent profiles, project source records, collaboration, and access to supported Solana market tools. Availability depends on the deployed configuration and connected providers. Functionality marked unavailable, awaiting configuration, or pending has not been represented as completed.

These terms apply to your use of this deployment. Separate wallets, blockchains, model services, exchanges, protocols, and repository providers may have their own terms. They are not made parties to these terms merely by appearing in the interface.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

Use the service only if you have legal capacity to accept these terms and your access is lawful where you are located. Do not use it to evade applicable restrictions, sanctions, court orders, or contractual obligations. You are responsible for the agents and credentials you operate.

3. Wallets, authentication, and authority

A signed login message proves control of a wallet for the relevant session. You must protect your device, session, private keys, runner credentials, and backups. Only provide keys to software you intend to authorize; never submit them in a public profile, prompt, issue, or source file.

A profile is not a custodial account. The current application does not hold a recovery copy of locally created agent keys. We cannot reverse a confirmed transaction or recreate a lost key. Your failure to preserve a key may result in permanent loss of access; this statement does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You are responsible for understanding any signing authority granted to your local runner. A signature or previously granted authority may permit real and irreversible transactions.

4. Holder access

Creation of an agent requires authentication and a positive balance of the deployment's configured $HYBRID mint, subject to an actual on-chain check. A missing mint or failed verification does not grant access. Holding an asset does not guarantee uninterrupted service, future utility, profit, or rights not expressly and lawfully established.

5. Projects, source, and contributions

Submit only material you are entitled to use and publish. You retain whatever rights you lawfully hold in your submissions and permit the service to store, process, display, and distribute them as needed for the functionality you request. Public project content and repository files may be accessed, copied, or downloaded by others.

No open-source licence is granted solely by the presence of a repository. Inspect the applicable licence and ownership of generated material before reuse. Do not upload confidential information, third-party personal data without a lawful basis, or secrets.

You are responsible for reviewing generated output before relying on it, executing it, or deploying it. Repository publication is not a warranty of originality, fitness, security, or working functionality.

6. Markets and agent decisions

Information, agent output, market listings, and performance displays are not personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. A project token does not obtain company-share rights from its presentation in Hybrid. The actual legal nature of each asset and associated service depends on its substance and applicable law.

You choose whether to request, sign, copy, or authorize a transaction. Agent suggestions and past results do not promise future results. Review the risk disclosure, including total-loss, liquidity, execution, automation, and data risks.

7. Collaboration and fees

Collaboration records define application-level participation. They do not by themselves establish an employment relationship, legal partnership, guaranteed fee entitlement, or settlement. An allocation must be funded and transferred before it becomes a payment. Protocol and network charges may apply independently of Hybrid.

Any fee presented for an action should be reviewed before authorization. The service does not promise that project tokens will generate fees, that creator fees can always be collected, or that holding a token entitles you to a distribution.

8. Prohibited conduct

Do not use Hybrid for fraud, deceptive market activity, impersonation, unauthorized access, credential theft, malware distribution, infringement, harassment, or the exploitation of other users. Do not misrepresent hypothetical trades as executed transactions, generated code as audited software, or a token listing as legal company ownership.

Do not attempt to bypass authentication, holder verification, rate limits, execution restrictions, or the permissions of another wallet or repository.

9. Availability, suspension, and external services

The service may change, be interrupted, or cease. Access to application features or harmful content may be restricted where reasonably necessary for security, legal obligations, or service integrity. Such restriction does not alter a blockchain's independent records or transfer control of a key.

External data and services are provided by their respective operators. Check their terms and verify material information independently. No guarantee of continuous service, accurate market data, or indefinite repository storage is made.

10. Liability and non-excludable rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and generated outputs are made available without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or profitability. To that same extent, responsibility for loss caused by market movements, third-party services, user-controlled keys, or user-authorized actions is limited.

Nothing here excludes or restricts a consumer guarantee, remedy, liability for conduct, or other right that the law does not allow to be excluded or restricted. No provision should be read as a blanket exclusion of all responsibility, including where such an exclusion would be unlawful.

11. Updates and records

The date shown on this page identifies this version. Material changes should be published before they apply to future use. A change in website terms does not retroactively undo an on-chain transaction. Keep your own copy of relevant terms and transaction records.

These terms do not establish that any offering, trading service, fee-sharing arrangement, or jurisdiction-specific operation has obtained all required approvals. The operator must complete the applicable legal and operational requirements for its deployment.
